Client Success Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

Teclare builds an AI platform that unifies voice, booking automation, pricing intelligence and operations management for the luxury transportation industry. It is hiring a Client Success Specialist for a part-time, fully remote role, working directly with the founder. The role focuses on giving every client strong outcomes and consistent service quality, and it is described as a founding-team position with a clear path to becoming full-time and leading Client Success.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, answer their questions, troubleshoot issues and guide customers through the platform
• Support sales and marketing efforts by helping bring new operators onto the platform
• Stay in close contact with each client, understand their setup and gather feedback
• Monitor calls, bookings and client dashboards daily and keep clients informed as issues are resolved

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience in customer success, customer service or account management, ideally with US-based clients
• Experience in sales, business development or marketing is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Availability during part of US business hours (Eastern/Central time)
• Experience in transportation, hospitality or related industries is a plus

Required skills

• Intermediate technical knowledge, comfortable with SaaS platforms and dashboards
• Understanding of how software products are developed and released
• Detail-oriented approach to quality, documentation and processes
• Strong organization and time-management skills
