Cold Calling / Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Traxccel is seeking a confident Cold Calling / Lead Generation Executive to support its Business Development team. You will make outbound calls to B2B prospects in the US and other international markets, introduce the company’s Data + AI services, and qualify leads for further engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients in the US and other international markets.
• Present Traxccel’s Data + AI consulting services clearly and professionally.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development or leadership team.
• Conduct follow‑ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach trackers to manage leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and lead status.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling, outreach, and lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, or business development.
• Proven experience contacting clients in the US or other international markets.
• Strong spoken English with excellent communication and conversational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new prospects over the phone and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, organized, persistent, and able to work in a target‑driven environment.
