Cold Calling Specialist – UK Recruitment (Fluent British/NA English)

About the role

We are expanding our UK recruitment business and need a proactive Cold Calling Specialist to join our Lahore office. This telephone‑focused position requires clear, fluent British or North‑American English to engage UK‑based decision‑makers, understand their hiring challenges, and generate qualified leads for our recruitment services. You will work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound B2B cold calls to UK companies.
• Speak directly with HR managers, hiring managers, directors and business owners.
• Identify organisations with current or upcoming recruitment needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior recruiters.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM.
• Update prospecting data daily and track performance metrics for weekly reporting.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong conversational skills for communicating with UK and international decision‑makers.
• Confidence in high‑volume outbound calling and objection handling.
• Ability to navigate past gatekeepers and build rapport.
• Target‑driven mindset with good organisational and follow‑up habits.
• Previous experience in UK recruitment, staffing, RPO or B2B telesales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call targets.
• Strong written communication for follow‑up emails.
