Cold Email Infrastructure Setup – One‑Time Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to set up a complete cold‑email infrastructure for multiple domains. This is a one‑time, fixed‑price project focused on delivering a fully functional, deliverable‑ready email system.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase and configure look‑alike sending domains (only .com.co.net).
• Create Google Workspace mailboxes (3 domains × 3 inboxes per offer).
• Build a lightweight one‑page static site for each sending domain.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a custom tracking domain correctly.
• Set up and activate a minimum 21‑day warm‑up schedule that remains active permanently.
• Configure Smartlead with tracking disabled, circuit breakers enabled, and a graduated ramp‑up schedule.
• Implement Google Postmaster monitoring for each domain.

Required profile

• At least three prior implementations of similar cold‑email setups for clients.
• Strong understanding of DMARC alignment and Return‑Path concepts.
• Ability to present a previous setup or client results as proof of competence.
• Deliver a concise handover document outlining actions taken and monitoring guidelines.
