Commercial Associate

About the role

Livedin, a fast‑growing proptech startup in Saudi Arabia, is expanding its Long‑Term Rental and Corporate Accommodation business. We are seeking a high‑potential Commercial Associate to work directly with the General Manager, acting as the GM’s deputy on revenue growth, operations, and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of monthly revenue and sales targets and manage the LTR sales funnel.
• Track sales pipeline health, conversion metrics and identify revenue‑generation opportunities.
• Lead day‑to‑day business management tasks and drive accountability against key KPIs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Growth, Business Excellence, Tech, and Finance teams.
• Build reporting dashboards, analyse funnel data, and recommend process improvements.
• Automate repetitive workflows in partnership with Tech and Business Excellence.
• Support strategic partnerships, business development, and the launch of new revenue streams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations or a high‑growth startup.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Data analysis and dashboarding tools.
