Commercial Experience Executive – MAT Cover

About the role

The Commercial Experience Executive – MAT Cover joins the Commercial Experience team at JazzWorld’s Experience Center in Karachi. Reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager, you will welcome walk‑in customers, guide them through our services, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and manage walk‑in customers, providing prompt assistance.
• Develop a basic understanding of the CRM system and related portals.
• Handle customer queries, upsell products, and maintain service standards.
• Monitor and improve average wait and service times.
• Own resolution of complaints, manage retention and churn.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to close issues.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for adherence, service, and sales.
• Stay updated on JazzWorld policies, promotions, and value‑added services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and sales orientation.
• Good knowledge of telecom products and customer‑management systems.
• Flexibility to work experience‑center hours as needed.
