Commercial Lead – Women’s Health Clinic Network

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially‑driven leader to head the growth and transformation of a modern women’s reproductive health clinic network in Karachi. The Commercial Lead will shape the network’s market positioning, drive profitability, and ensure a high‑quality, client‑centred service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to establish the clinic network as a leading provider of women’s reproductive healthcare in Karachi, with potential expansion to other cities.
• Identify market opportunities, client segments and growth channels; build sustainable revenue models while maintaining accessibility and clinical integrity.
• Own overall commercial performance – revenue growth, cost optimisation, profitability and financial sustainability.
• Lead turnaround of underperforming clinics, improve operational efficiency and implement relocation or service‑enhancement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance client journeys, introduce service diversification and adopt technology solutions.
• Set up performance dashboards, KPIs and financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scaling service‑based businesses and improving profitability.
• Strong commercial instincts combined with a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including partnerships with corporates, insurers and community organisations.
