Commercial / Technical Manager - Technogym

About the role

Synergy Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a Manager Commercial/Technical Sales to lead business development and drive sales growth of its partner brand Technogym in Lahore and Karachi. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen and management skills to expand the company's presence in premium fitness markets by engaging gyms, fitness centers, hotels and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales growth for the Technogym brand in Lahore and Karachi
• Provide expert guidance on the product portfolio and ensure tailored solutions for each client
• Build strategic partnerships and enhance brand positioning
• Foster long-term relationships and customer loyalty in the premium fitness segment

Required profile

• MBA or engineering degree from a reputed institute
• At least five years of proven experience in technical sales, business development and brand management
• Experience with multinational corporations or large institutions is highly desirable
