About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Trainer to join ibex Learning Academy (ILA) in Karachi. In this role you will empower job seekers by sharpening their communication abilities, boosting confidence, and preparing them for successful interviews and professional interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic training sessions and personalized coaching programs.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group development workshops focused on communication, confidence, and professional presence.
• Assess participants’ strengths, identify improvement areas, and create customized development plans.
• Collaborate with hiring and recruitment teams to align training with industry trends and employer expectations.
• Motivate and mentor job seekers throughout their career journey, providing ongoing guidance and support.

Required profile

• University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident delivery.
• Passion for career coaching, personal development, and mentoring.
• Previous training experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and potential are essential.
