Compliance Coordinator (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Pakistan. The role involves interpreting complex legal and regulatory documents and turning them into clear, business‑friendly processes that keep the organization aligned with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret laws, regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct compliance audits, checks, and risk assessments.
• Identify gaps and recommend risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational compliance.

Required profile

• Strong academic background – Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field (LLB, LLM, MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience as a lawyer, compliance officer, or project manager.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Integrity, accountability and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international compliance standards such as AML, ISO, GDPR.
• Familiarity with regulatory authorities and compliance certifications (CAMS, ACCA modules).
