Construction Manager – Gray Structure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead gray‑structure projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all work meets design, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor construction timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors and coordinate with architects, engineers and other professionals.
• Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets and regular progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections, address issues or delays, and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols and resolve any disruptions that arise during construction.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of proven experience in construction management, specifically on gray‑structure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification or licensure is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, regulations, quality standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle unexpected challenges and travel to project sites as needed.
• Physical ability to work on‑site in varying weather, stand for long periods, walk during inspections and lift equipment or materials when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using construction management software.
