About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full‑time, on‑site position in Rawalpindi. You will lead daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets and subcontractors, and drive projects to timely, high‑quality completion.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimation, and financial planning.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on‑site teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and timelines to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders and resolve operational challenges.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction safety regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, planning, and operations.
- Expertise in project control, including scheduling and progress tracking.
- Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction project management is a strong advantage.
