Consultant Cardiologist

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Consultant Cardiologist who will bridge cutting‑edge artificial intelligence with clinical cardiology. The ideal candidate is a practicing MD with a passion for advancing cardiac imaging, improving patient outcomes, and demonstrating innovative AI‑driven solutions to healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to develop, refine, and validate the MedIQ Echo Copilot AI platform.
• Perform live demonstrations of Echo Copilot for cardiologists, hospital administrators, and other medical stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI‑assisted image analysis against gold‑standard clinical benchmarks to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Provide expert medical insights to enhance user experience, workflow integration, and software functionality.
• Author whitepapers, case studies, and educational presentations highlighting the clinical efficacy of AI solutions.

Required profile

• MD or MBBS degree with residency in Internal Medicine and a Cardiology fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice cardiology.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in advanced echocardiography and cardiac imaging.
• Board certification or equivalent (e.g., FCPS in Cardiology).
• Experience in clinical advisory, product demonstration, or physician engagement is highly valued.

Required skills

• Advanced Echocardiography Systems, 2D Echo, Doppler Echocardiography, Speckle Tracking Echocardiography, Global Longitudinal Strain (GLS).
• Echo analysis software, AI imaging software, PACS, DICOM, EMR/EHR systems.
