About the role
BigBaat is looking for a Design Associate in Islamabad to support its visual identity by creating engaging social-first and campaign designs. The role reports to the Senior Associate Design and is full-time and not remote.
Key responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, campaigns and ads
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with content, video and performance teams
- Adapt designs based on campaign feedback and performance
Required profile
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic or digital design
- Experience designing for TikTok, Instagram and Reels
Required skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Motion graphics knowledge is a plus
