Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will act as the central point of coordination for end‑market finance activities, ensuring clarity and action across BAT GBS and external partners. This role supports forecasting, planning, and financial reporting while driving process automation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute intercompany cross‑charges in line with company guidelines.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert to local accounting teams and support the Finance Controlling Manager.
• Lead comprehensive forecasting, scenario modelling and monthly planning (SOP) exercises.
• Prepare management and statutory accounts and handle ad‑hoc tasks from the Financial Controller.
• Develop automation tools, maintain accurate Task Level Descriptions and ensure SOX compliance.
• Oversee master data housekeeping, monthly/quarterly close processes and commentary.
• Assist with accounts payable activities, cash‑flow forecasting, reporting and hedging.
• Promote continuous improvement using data analytics, automation and robotics.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, locations and time zones.
• Experience in forecasting, planning and financial reporting.
