Corporate Media Relations & Public Affairs Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Media Relations & Public Affairs Manager to lead our nationwide media strategy and stakeholder engagement across South Pakistan, including Sindh and Balochistan. The role will work closely with the Head Office and senior leadership to shape the corporate narrative, manage crisis communications, and support policy advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate media relations across print, electronic and digital platforms, maintaining a positive narrative in partnership with the Public Affairs and Corporate Communications teams.
• Manage the corporate PR agency, overseeing media engagement and crisis communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with national and regional press clubs and provide advocacy support to partner organisations such as the Pakistan Dairy Association and Baby Food & Nutrition Council.
• Act as the primary liaison with national institutions (State Bank, OICCI, PBC, SBC) and provincial governments in Sindh and Balochistan on policy, supply‑chain, manufacturing and HR matters.
• Drive sustainability and Creating Shared Value projects, representing senior executives in public forums and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in media relations, public affairs or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Experience working with not‑for‑profit organisations and community projects.
• Strong understanding of policy advocacy and government relations.
