Creative Art Director – Lead Visual Strategy for Data Center Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Art Director to own the visual vision and brand strategy of our US‑based AEC firm that specializes in data‑center pre‑construction. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories and guide the creative team from concept through final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across branding, marketing campaigns, digital content and social media.
• Develop and maintain the company’s visual language, brand identity and creative standards.
• Provide creative direction to 3D animators, designers, video editors and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and leadership teams to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Explore AI‑powered creative tools and emerging trends to improve workflow.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Branding or Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects and manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• Experience with US‑based clients or companies is a plus.
