Creative Designer – Visual Design & Branding

About the role

ARC9 Studio is seeking a Creative Designer to join its Lahore team. The role involves turning ideas into polished visual work across branding, campaigns, presentations and short‑form content, using both traditional design tools and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design content and campaigns for multiple brands, including social media, websites and marketing materials.
• Create visual concepts, moodboards and presentations to support brand development.
• Produce assets for branding, presentations and campaigns, ensuring consistency.
• Edit reels and short‑form video content as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to explore and develop creative ideas.
• Collaborate with strategy, content and client teams throughout the creative process.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in an agency, startup or freelance environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and work across diverse industries.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and experimenting with new tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar design tools).
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (nice to have).
• Video editing experience for short‑form content.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process.
• Own laptop preferred (system can be provided).
