Creative Director – Brand & UI/UX

About the role

UniSoftwares is seeking a senior, hands‑on Creative Director to lead brand identity, UI/UX, and digital campaign work across agency and client projects. The role blends strategic leadership with active design, ensuring high‑quality creative output in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts, visual direction, brand storytelling and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Develop complete brand identities, including logos, typography, colour systems and guidelines.
• Design website and UI/UX experiences: wireframes, user journeys, responsive interfaces, design systems and Figma prototypes.
• Create digital assets for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Oversee graphic design, photography, video, motion, illustration, 3D and AI‑assisted creative work.
• Mentor designers, conduct creative reviews and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Present concepts to clients and senior stakeholders and build efficient creative workflows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional creative/design experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or leadership role such as Creative Lead, Art Director or Design Director.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, UI/UX, advertising and original concept development.
• Ability to connect creative decisions with business goals, audience behaviour and conversion.

Required skills

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• After Effects, Premiere Pro, Webflow, Framer, Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Motion design and AI‑assisted image/video tools.

What we offer

• On‑site work in Johar Town, Lahore.
• Shift timings 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday‑Friday.
• Compensation up to USD 3,500 per month.
