Creative Manager - Fashion Brand

About the role

Infinity Media is looking for a Creative Manager to own the creative output of its in-house fashion brand. The role turns a team of designers and content creators into one coherent brand voice, approving, improving or rejecting work before it goes out. It is a full-time, on-site position in Gulberg III, Lahore, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Key responsibilities

• Own the brand's creative calendar end to end: collections, campaigns and seasonal launches, from planning through delivery
• Lead and mentor designers, content creators and creative executives, and review everything before it ships
• Set and defend the brand's visual and verbal identity
• Approve shoot plans, budgets and timelines and keep launches on schedule
• Analyse what worked and why, and feed those lessons into the next collection
• Write creative briefs that turn brand and commercial goals into actionable tasks

Required profile

• Experience leading a creative team for a fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand
• A portfolio of campaigns you directed, not just contributed to
• Strong editorial judgment and hands-on shoot production experience (budgets, schedules, on-set decisions)
• Ability to handle several parallel launches calmly and give clear, direct feedback

• Fashion merchandising or textile background
• Experience linking creative decisions to e-commerce performance
• Having built or scaled a creative team before
