Credit Risk Analyst

About the role

Join the Investment Product Management (IPM) team at Enabling Qapital Ltd, a FINMA‑regulated impact asset manager. As a Credit Risk Analyst you will support investment and risk teams to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report product and fund risks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Investment and Risk teams throughout the investment process to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report country, fund and investee risks.
• Develop and maintain structured, reliable and user‑friendly reporting tools.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in financial analysis, credit risk, investment operations, portfolio monitoring or related fields.
• Degree in finance, economics, business or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently in a remote, multinational environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation and data‑reconciliation techniques.
