CTO / Lead Go-to-Market Engineer (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

We are a UK‑based legal recruitment firm building an AI‑powered messaging system to connect lawyers with top‑tier opportunities. We are looking for a senior engineer to act as CTO and lead our Go‑to‑Market efforts, working remotely from Pakistan as the fourth member of a four‑person team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain an AI‑driven outreach platform, including prompt engineering for personalized candidate messages.
• Customize and extend Salesforce (Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning) to manage leads, automate workflows and create performance dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external services such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn APIs, Zapier, Calendly and Google Analytics via REST/OAuth.
• Build low‑code/no‑code workflows, dashboards and prototypes using Zapier, Airtable or Bubble to accelerate delivery.
• Recruit, coordinate and oversee freelancers on Upwork for ad‑hoc tasks like data cleaning or API fixes.
• Document processes and provide clear guides for the UK team and part‑time operations manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience with Python, JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning components).
• Strong background in RESTful API integration, OAuth and webhook implementation.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with low‑code/no‑code tools such as Zapier, Airtable or Bubble.
• Excellent written English and ability to work remotely with a UK team.
