Customer Account Manager – Technical Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Account Manager who will act as the primary technical advisor for our strategic customers. You will build strong relationships, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
• Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.
• Translate customer business requirements into product enhancements and integration designs.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Development, QA, and Support to deliver requirements.
• Manage onboarding, technical planning, implementation, and integration support.
• Provide guidance on APIs, SDKs, system architecture, and best‑practice integration designs.
• Track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies; act as escalation point for production issues.
• Monitor satisfaction, communicate product updates, and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Support pre‑sales activities with technical expertise and contribute customer feedback to product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
• Proven experience managing enterprise relationships and technical projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
