Customer Experience Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Experience Operations Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day customer experience activities on‑site in Lahore, ensuring inquiries are answered, issues are tracked and resolved promptly across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and document service workflows and operational processes.
• Prepare regular operational reports and handle administrative tasks supporting customer‑facing teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Operations management and analytical skills to oversee workflows and interpret data.
• Organizational and administrative expertise for documentation, scheduling and reporting.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and customer support platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, tech‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and relevant education in business, operations or communications; prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
