Customer Operations Manager – Noshki

About the role

The Customer Operations Manager will lead business operations for PTCL Group in the Noshki city area. This role focuses on expanding fiber infrastructure, driving sales, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery while motivating the team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify priority zones for fiber deployment and set aggressive Flash Fiber sales targets.
• Align and optimise resources for rapid Flash Fiber loading and migration.
• Motivate and engage teams through regular activities and training.
• Design organisational structures and enhance technical and soft‑skill capabilities.
• Conduct network safety and awareness sessions, identifying hazardous networks.
• Oversee fault rectification, registration control and achieve MTTR targets.
• Ensure accurate subscriber mapping at DC and DP levels and maintain 100% GIS accuracy for auto‑feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related).
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in telecommunications and project management.
• Proven ability to implement service standards and manage internal and external stakeholders.
