Customer Project Manager

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Customer Project Manager in Islamabad to lead assigned customer projects. The role ensures that project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and the customer relationship is managed within the scope of the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Align pre-sales contracts for fulfillment (CFR) with the contract and delivery.
• Develop project plans for approval and target execution.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships across all stages of execution.
• Ensure financial performance meets the target Unadjusted Margin.
• Deliver within the defined scope, budget and timeline.
• Comply with applicable directives, with a focus on zero impact on people and environment.
• Maintain accurate data for reliable reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
• End-to-end, full-cycle project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Commitment to timelines; proficiency in English.
