Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)

About the role

Orbisan is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Executive to manage customer records, maintain data accuracy, coordinate customer orders and support daily office operations. The position is full-time and office-based, located in Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system and Excel spreadsheets.
• Enter, verify and organize customer, order and transaction records.
• Coordinate with customers about order status, delivery updates and routine inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Work with internal teams to ensure orders and customer requests are processed on time.
• Protect the confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in CRM, data entry, administration or customer support is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability and a professional attitude.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong typing, data entry and record-keeping skills.
