Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. You will handle travel‑related inquiries, support bookings, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations and general travel information.
• Provide accurate details on travel packages, flights, hotels and transportation.
• Resolve concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and campaign guidelines.
• Meet individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–6 months experience in customer service, call centre or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
