Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Qurat Quran Academy is looking for a Customer Sales Representative in Rawalpindi to support customers and help grow sales. This customer-facing, part-time role involves understanding customer needs, explaining relevant products or services and giving a helpful, professional experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing customers, identify their requirements and present suitable offerings.
• Answer questions about products, services, pricing and processes accurately.
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities with timely, courteous communication.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, update sales information and keep organised follow-up notes.
• Coordinate with colleagues to handle customer concerns and share recurring feedback and market observations with the team.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills.
• Confident, courteous customer engagement and the ability to build rapport.
• Active listening and the ability to spot customer needs before recommending an offering.
• Persuasive product presentation and ethical objection handling.
• Patience and practical problem-solving when answering questions or concerns.
