About the role
F. Link is a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services in Lahore, offering logistics solutions for B2B and B2C businesses. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative in Lahore who builds and maintains customer relationships, handles inquiries and resolves issues, promotes products and services, and achieves sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Promote products and services
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Update customer records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team player; prior similar experience is a plus
