Customer Service (Matchmakers) Team Lead

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring a full-time, office-based Team Lead for its Customer Service (Matchmakers) team. The office is open Monday to Saturday, morning 11 AM to 8 PM and afternoon 2 PM to 11 PM, and is located in DHA, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad branches in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of matchmakers and make sure they deliver excellent matchmaking services to clients.
• Guide and coach matchmakers on matrimonial services.
• Meet with families and clients, discuss their marriage requirements and follow up on family rishta meetings.
• Keep matrimonial clients highly satisfied with the services.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of matchmaking experience in a fast-paced organization, including at least one year as a senior matchmaker or team lead.
• Educated to Intermediate, graduate or master's level with good grades.
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English; talkative and able to convince people about their life choices.
• Extroverted, outgoing, sociable, friendly, energetic and positive.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and intelligent.

Required skills

• Excellent command and speed on computers, WhatsApp and internet applications.
