Engagement Associate – Karachi

About the role

Mohsyn is looking for a bubbly, caring Engagement Associate to work closely with its Key Account Managers (KAMs) and spend much of the time interacting directly with clients and their families. The role is hands-on and on-ground, visiting clients, supporting engagement activities and events, and building lasting, personal relationships. Many clients are elderly, so the ideal candidate enjoys sitting down for a conversation, listening and making people feel comfortable and valued. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior professional experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the KAM on client visits and help build long-term relationships with clients and their families.
• Interact socially with clients, getting to know their interests, preferences, routines and important occasions.
• Support the planning and execution of client events, activities, meet-ups and celebrations, and suggest new ways to keep clients engaged.
• Help the KAM during client onboarding, and conduct regular follow-ups on client requests and agreed actions.
• Collect client feedback and observations, and run basic on-ground quality checks, flagging service gaps to the KAM.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, feedback and engagement history.
• Identify small, spontaneous acts of kindness and represent Mohsyn professionally in clients' homes and other external settings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior professional experience needed.
• Naturally warm, social, approachable, empathetic and observant, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable spending time with elderly clients and working on-ground, including local travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Design, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Social Sciences, Business or another relevant discipline.
• Nice to have: event organisation, community work, hospitality or customer service experience, and an interest in psychology, customer experience or relationship management.
