Customer Service Representative - Fashion Consultant

About the role

Akbar Aslam Clothing Company is hiring Customer Service Representatives who act as Fashion Consultants in its women's clothing business in Lahore. The role focuses on customer satisfaction through deep fashion and product knowledge and strong customer relationship management. Candidates interact with customers daily, understand their preferences, answer queries, recommend products and help create a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the fashion products, trends and collections to give expert advice tailored to customer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using customer relationship management techniques.
• Identify customer needs, recommend fashion items and upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, product launches and promotions and share relevant information with customers.
• Record and document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM systems.
• Take part in product training and development sessions.
• Support inventory activities such as stock replenishment.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fashion Design.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the fashion industry, especially with women's clothing brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidence, professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service; no team management required.
