About the role
We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative to join JB Saeed Home & Hardware in Pakistan. The role involves delivering prompt and professional support to our customers, both in‑person and remotely, ensuring a superior experience with our household and hardware products.
Key responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.

Required profile
