Customer Service Representative – USA Marketing Campaign

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our USA Marketing Campaign. You will engage with USA‑based prospects and clients, understand their needs, present our digital marketing and AI solutions, qualify leads and schedule consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with USA prospects and clients via calls and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements, business challenges and expectations.
• Provide clear information about our marketing and AI services.
• Qualify prospects based on interest and needs.
• Schedule consultations and appointments with qualified leads.
• Follow up on inquiries, appointments and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and technical teams as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for communication, lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Share customer feedback with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Professional approach to customer service and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or USA campaigns preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or AI solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, organized and eager to learn.
