Customer Service Sales Representative - Final Expense Insurance

About the role

Global Edge Outsourcing is hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for its final expense insurance campaign. You will speak with US-based customers, qualify them using a simple approved script and warm-transfer interested customers to licensed agents who close the sale. The position is full-time, on-site in Rawalpindi, on night shifts (US hours).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers.
• Open the conversation with the approved script and build customer interest.
• Qualify customers: age, existing coverage, decision-maker and basic eligibility.
• Warm-transfer qualified customers to a licensed agent, live on the line.
• Handle common objections professionally using approved rebuttals.
• Log every call with the correct disposition code.
• Meet daily targets for calls, qualified leads and transfers.
• Follow all compliance rules on every call.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; call center, telesales or BPO experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken English with a clear, US-understandable accent.
• Confident phone personality and target-driven, punctual and coachable.
• Comfortable working night shift (US hours).

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Use of an approved script and call logging with disposition codes.
