Customer Service & Sales Support Officer

About the role

HeavenBlu (Pvt.) Ltd., a bottled water producer and delivery service, is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Officer for its Taxila operation. The role will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and service updates while working closely with sales and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through approved channels, providing accurate information on products, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Record and process orders, requests, complaints and follow‑ups in the company’s order system.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch and delivery staff to confirm order status and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support sales activities by preparing updates, maintaining customer records and identifying repeat‑order opportunities.
• Follow up on pending inquiries, deliveries, payments and customer concerns.
• Prepare daily reports on orders, inquiries, complaints and overall service performance.
• Represent HeavenBlu professionally and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints calmly.
• Accurate data entry and record‑keeping using spreadsheets or order databases.
• Effective coordination with sales, dispatch, delivery and accounts teams.
• Good organization, prioritisation and time‑management in a fast‑moving service environment.
• Attention to detail when confirming products, quantities, addresses and schedules.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to own service issues until resolution.
