Customer Service & Support Representative (CSR)

About the role

A full-time, office-based Customer Service & Support Representative position in Clifton/Karachi, responding to customer inquiries by phone and email. The role does not involve sales, and customers are based in the UK, so excellent spoken and written English is required. Training is provided and the job is available for immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email
• Input data into Excel and an online database for processing e-commerce orders
• Update the customer database
• Carry out other reasonably assigned duties
• Liaise with internal departments

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Experience in customer service
• Meticulous and pays attention to detail
• Relevant experience such as call centre operative, customer service advisor, or customer service in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic); also people in clinical roles wishing to move to customer service
