Customer Service Support Specialist

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to manage communication with its US‑based client base. The role requires experienced call‑center professionals who can deliver professional phone communication in a structured, long‑term environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage follow‑up communication with existing US clients, handling post‑sale queries.
• Assist with onboarding questions and complete service documentation.
• Maintain accurate interaction records for each conversation.
• Ensure professionalism, clarity, and patience in every client interaction.
• Support the company’s relationship with clients through consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, BPO, or international customer service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English for live US customer conversations.
• Patient, composed, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
• High school diploma (university students currently studying are also welcome).
• Full permanent availability Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM‑2 AM, onsite at Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi.
