Customer Service Trainee – Abandoned Cart Recovery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Trainee to focus on recovering abandoned shopping carts. You will engage with customers through chat, email and phone, helping them complete their purchases and ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers who have left items in their online cart.
• Communicate politely via chat, email and phone to address questions and objections.
• Guide and persuade customers to finalize their orders.
• Maintain accurate records of follow‑ups and conversion outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams to guarantee seamless order processing.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident, polite and customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of online shopping or e‑commerce.
• Patience to handle repetitive follow‑ups.
• Eagerness to learn and improve sales communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
• On‑site work at DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
