About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Trainee to focus on recovering abandoned shopping carts. You will engage with customers through chat, email and phone, helping them complete their purchases and ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with customers who have left items in their online cart.
- Communicate politely via chat, email and phone to address questions and objections.
- Guide and persuade customers to finalize their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of follow‑ups and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to guarantee seamless order processing.
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confident, polite and customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of online shopping or e‑commerce.
- Patience to handle repetitive follow‑ups.
- Eagerness to learn and improve sales communication.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
- On‑site work at DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
