About the role
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading digital real‑estate platform, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to nurture client relationships and ensure a seamless experience with our services. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in client management, consulting, and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Zameen.com solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to deliver services.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guide them through platform features.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
