Customer Success Executive – Lahore & Karachi (On‑Site)

About the role

Startex Marketing Services is seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to join its Lahore and Karachi teams. You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing the company’s B2B client portfolio, primarily in the restaurant and retail sectors, by promoting and supporting its digital performance‑improvement products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients, presenting digital solutions and converting leads into long‑term partnerships.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth setup and immediate value realization.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, understand their objectives, resolve issues promptly, and provide proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, sales, account management or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and present ideas clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industry is a plus.
