Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will work with internal teams and directly with existing and new customers to develop renewals and expansion strategies, demonstrate ROI, reduce churn, and help TCP Software customers grow.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage customer relationships to deliver ROI, expand and renew TCP subscriptions while providing high‑level service.
• Maintain high renewal rates, assess and validate customer needs, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts, maintain relationships with executive and management decision‑makers, and track information in a CRM system.
• Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
• Provide product demonstrations and support to prospective customers.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong technical aptitude and passion for customer success.
• Experience with SaaS‑based solutions and CRM systems.
