Customer Success Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused representative to manage our existing client base, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. The role requires fluency in Urdu and English and strong phone and email communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to existing customers via phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Engage customers with updates, offers, and product information.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities from first contact to closure.
• Assist the sales team in upselling and cross‑selling products/services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare and share regular reports on customer engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
• Analyze data using Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, sales, or client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Strong follow‑up, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
