Customer Success Representative – Urdu & English

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Representative to nurture our existing client base, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and English, comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and email, and skilled in reporting and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers via phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Share product updates, offers, and relevant information to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, guiding them from initial contact to closure.
• Assist the sales team with upselling and cross‑selling of products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
• Analyze data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, sales, or client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Strong follow‑up, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
• Preferred experience in a sales or retail environment and familiarity with CRM systems.
