Customer Support Executive / Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Customer Support Executive to act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Islamabad office. The role combines front‑desk administration, customer relationship management, and participation in social‑media branding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and walk‑in inquiries, providing accurate information about company services.
• Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels and maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM systems.
• Track interactions, follow up on pending requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain office records, documentation, and support day‑to‑day front‑desk operations.
• Participate in creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other promotional content to represent the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, administration, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable appearing in social‑media content such as Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
