Customer Support Executive

About the role

The Customer Support Executive will handle client and worker inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring timely and professional service. The role involves coordinating shift schedules, payroll issues and onboarding for workers across Europe and Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client and worker inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle issues related to shift scheduling, timesheets, payroll, and platform onboarding.
• Coordinate shift confirmations and manage last‑minute schedule changes and coverage requests.
• Guide new workers through registration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/support system.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant Product, HR, or Account Management teams.
• Follow up with clients and workers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Support compliance checks and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Payroll teams based across Europe and Pakistan.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in customer service, call center, staffing, or platform support.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for communication with European clients and workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with international teams or European clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM/support systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
