Customer Support Executive

About the role

HR Navigator is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Support Executive in Lahore (Model Town office). The role handles client and worker enquiries by phone, email and chat, covering shift scheduling, timesheets, payroll and platform onboarding, and works closely with Product, HR, Account Management, Operations and Payroll teams based across Europe and Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client and worker inquiries through phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle issues related to shift scheduling, timesheets, payroll and platform onboarding.
• Coordinate shift confirmations and manage last-minute schedule changes and coverage requests.
• Guide new workers through registration, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/support system.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant Product, HR or Account Management teams and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Support compliance checks and collaborate with teams across Europe and Pakistan.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in customer service, call center, staffing or platform support (preferred).
• Fluent spoken and written English, as candidates communicate directly with European clients and workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and calmness under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries across different time zones.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience with international teams or European clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM/support systems, MS Office or similar tools.
• Fluent English.

Working hours are 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is listed as 100k to 120k.
