Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

HR Navigator is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Gulberg, Lahore, who speaks with a strong American accent and has excellent spoken English. The SDR contacts and qualifies leads, manages follow-ups and keeps sales pipelines accurate using GoHighLevel (GHL). The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an evening/night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads by phone and follow a structured lead management playbook.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Follow up with leads promptly and consistently to improve conversion rates.
• Reactivate inactive or churned customers and identify upsell opportunities with existing ones.
• Maintain accurate lead records, statuses and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Manage several partner sub-accounts, brands, locations and pipelines at once.
• Give structured updates on contact rates, lead outcomes, follow-up activity and conversion progress.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and partners on lead handoffs and work toward assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDR, inside sales representative or in a similar sales role.
• Strong American accent and excellent spoken English for professional phone conversations.
• Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise leads; availability for the evening/night shift.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred.
• Communication, organisation, reporting and time-management skills.
• Target-driven mindset focused on lead conversion and customer engagement.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 140,000 to 150,000.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule with a professional on-site workplace in Gulberg, Lahore.
