About the role

Skinorium is hiring an office-based Customer Support Representative in Mughalpura, Lahore. The role handles customer enquiries coming through Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads via WhatsApp, and supports order confirmation and basic packing.

Key responsibilities

Reply to customers who come through Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads via WhatsApp
Tell customers the basic product information, benefits and price
Collect the customer's name, phone number and full address
Confirm orders properly and keep records
Follow up pending customers with messages or calls
Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers
Assist with basic packing of confirmed orders

Required profile

Good communication skills in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu
Responsible, polite and active personality
Experience in customer dealing or sales preferred
Must be available for an office-based job

Required skills

Good experience with WhatsApp

What we offer

Monthly fixed salary plus commission on successfully delivered orders
Additional commission for meeting targets
Salary and timing discussed during the interview
